How do I track my delivery?
Open the Uber or Uber Eats app, go to "Orders" and select your active order. You'll see the driver's live location on the map.
Can I contact my driver?
Yes — through the Uber app you can message or call your driver directly from the tracking screen.
My order is taking longer than expected
Check the live map first. If there's an issue, contact support through the Uber app or reach out to us directly.
I have a problem with my order
You can report issues directly in the Uber app, or contact JTD Services and we'll do everything we can to help.
